Hello! I'm Keri

I started Celtic Seoul as a way to share the things I care about and preserve the things I don’t want to lose.The name honors my parents—my mom is Korean and my dad is an Irish guy from Boston—which probably explains a lot about me. I write about wildlife rehabilitation, our years of homeschooling and why I’ll always believe families deserve that choice, and the family recipes I grew up with, because food has always been one of the ways my family shows love.

Beyond that, you’ll find whatever happens to be taking up space in my brain that week.
